Rob Beck Coaching is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students, staff, and community members. This Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for behavior in our courses, events, and online platforms.

• Respect: Treat all participants, instructors, and staff with respect, kindness, and professionalism.
• Inclusivity: Embrace diversity and ensure all individuals feel valued, regardless of background, gender, or beliefs.
• Collaboration: Engage in constructive dialogue, share ideas respectfully, and support the learning of others.

• Harassment: Any form of harassment, discrimination, or bullying, including verbal, written, or physical conduct, is strictly prohibited.
• Disruption: Behaviors that disrupt courses, events, or online discussions, such as spamming or trolling, are not permitted.
• Inappropriate Content: Sharing or posting offensive, explicit, or harmful content is forbidden.

If you witness or experience behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it to us immediately. We will investigate all reports promptly and may take actions such as warnings, suspension, or removal from our programs to maintain a safe environment.
